Zhaobao Taiji places great emphasis on the use of Yi (mind/intent) , and contains three frames, or levels of practice: High (Dali Jia). Middle (ren pan jia), and Low (pan gong jia). Beginning students usually start instruction with the Middle Frame, progressing to the Low frame, and completing training with the High frame. The main set of Zhaobao Taiji contains 108 postures, progressing from simple to difficult movements. |
