The Chen Style Taijiquan for Life Enhancement by Chen Zhenglei This book teaches Grandmaster Chen Zhenglei's basic Taiji course for beginners. The 18 Essentials form id depicted, as well as basic silk reeling, standing pole, and qigong exercises. The translation is a bit stiff in places, but it doesn't detract from the quality of the material presented. A fine introductory volume, highly recommended.
